The Work and Wellness Podcast listens like a coffee date with your good friends. Tramelle and Bonnie have been friends for more than a decade, and their rapport and banter is authentic and welcoming. They have great conversations alone, and even more interesting discussions when they add their expert guests to the mix. The podcast is a mix of thoughtful advice, personal stories, hot takes on current events, commiseration, joy, and laughter. While the topics can be serious, these friends bring out the best in one another and work to balance the gravity of hard realities with the permission to take care of ourselves and enjoy the delightful realities as well. Pull yourself up to the coffee table and join Bonnie and Tramelle to talk through the messy intersections of life.
I’m Tramelle D Jones, a passionate career coach, keynote speaker, and professional development facilitator dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive. With a background in social equity advocacy, community development, and public service, I’ve spent over 25 years empowering professionals to navigate their careers with confidence and skill. I’m also a mom and together, my daughter and I love to garden, experiment in the kitchen, and explore the outdoors!!!
I’m Bonnie Scott, MA, LPC-S, and I’m a professional therapist in private practice in San Antonio, TX. I was born and raised in Texas and New Mexico, so I know it takes all kinds of people to make a place great. I work hard to be an intersectional feminist, and I’m generally striving to stir up good trouble in the world. I find that my foot fits quite well in my mouth most days, but I do my best and I know y’all do too. I’m a mom to one amazing kid, two goofy dogs, and two incredibly rude cats. I like to bake badly, knit badly, watch trashy dating shows, and leave a trail of half finished yard projects in my wake.
